Gideon Tactical recently released their Level IV kit, featuring two Stand-Alone Armor Express plates and a Shellback Tactical Banshee rifle plate carrier.

Designed to deploy quickly and easily over soft body armor and/or uniforms, the plates are lightweight, low-profile, and features great load carrying capacity.

The Shellback Tactical Banshee Rifle Plate Carrier features shoulders that are fully adjustable and padded. Once adjusted, the shoulder area slides into itself and locks in securely with a hidden quick release buckle. Two rows of PALS webbing allow for communication wiring or hydration tubing.

The front and back of the Banshee Rifle Plate Carrier features five rows of PALS webbing and two 2 inch rows of loop sewn on for flags and other identifiers. The front and back of the panels of the carrier on the body side are also padded.

Rifle plates are loaded from the bottom front and back and are secured with a hook-and-loop closure.

The Stand-Alone Armor Express plates are 10x12” NIJ .05 rated ceramic Shooters Cut plates. They feature trimmed corners to offer the wearer an optimal stock mount for their patrol rifle.

The vest inserts are manufactured from high-density alumina ceramic core (Al2O3) backed with layered aramid fiber and finished in a black Cordura nylon covering.

The Level IV kit costs $395.99 and is available in a variety of colors.
